Ioannis Agaliotis, Ph.D., Micheline Malow, Ph.D., and Karen Russo, Ed.D., Editors

Welcome to the May issue of Strategies for Successful Learning! We continue to provide you the information and tools to help you in the classroom.

Save the Date! Learning Disabilities Worldwide's 19th Annual World Congress on Learning Disabilities will be held October 21, 22, and 23, 2010, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Fairfield, New Jersey—just 20 minutes from New York City. Howard Margolis, Ed.D., Professor Emeritus, Reading Disabilities and Special Education, CUNY, and co-author of Reading Disabilities: Beating the Odds is the keynote speaker. Two- and three-day trainings will be offered for teachers and school psychologists as well as many workshops, research symposia and poster sessions. We hope to see you there.

As always, please feel free to share these columns with teachers, parents, and other interested parties.

Sincerely,
